Running HIPAA Security Audit Trail Reports

You can generate the HIPAA Security Audit Trail reports by:

• Date

• User

• Status

The HIPAA Security Audit Trail reports generate lists of failed logins and feature override information.

The following information associated with each event is included in all reports:

• Date

• Time

• Name of the user who performed the task

• Task description

• Status

• These reports can be generated only if system security is enabled.
