In the Patient List and Patient windows, you can view a list of transactions,
appointments, images, documents, guarantors, and contacts associated with
a patient. Use the drop-down list in the upper-right of the window to
view the other patients assigned to the account.
The commands available from the Options section of the
Express bar or the Options menu when using Enhanced Workspace are:
Transactions:Views
the patient transaction history.
Eligibility:Checks
the patient on-line insurance eligibility information. This command
is only enabled if you use eVerifications insurance eligibility.
CareCredit
Integration:Access
the CareCredit integration to perform account lookups, complete online
applications, and use a payment calculator.
eReminders
Settings:Displays the permitted
reminder delivery methods for the patient. This command is enabled
only if you have enrolled in eReminders.
Appointments:Views
scheduled patient appointments; schedules patient or family appointments.
Treatment
Plan:Sets
up and prints treatment plan procedures, accepts or declines treatment;
and submits transactions for pre-authorization.

Book > Patient's Recare:Views
the patient's next recare appointment in the Single Day View window.
