Understanding Patient List and Patient Window Notations
Notations are displayed in the Patient List and Patient window title
bars to provide additional information about a patient.
The notations that can be displayed in the Patient List
and Patient window title bars are:
HIST:A
patient history file exists.
LC:An
open patient lab case exists.
OBP:An
ortho budget plan or patient budget plan exists.
TP:A
treatment plan exists.
MOVED:The
patient record has been moved from one account to another.
BP:An
account budget plan exists.
PIX:The
patient has a portrait.
