Creating Attachments to Send to the NEA

After you set up the insurance company and NEA payors, you can create and send attachments via the Internet.

You can create NEA Attachments in the following windows:

• Claim window

• Transactions windowIn the Transactions window, add a transaction requiring an attachment and select Submit Insurance.

• Chart for windowIn the Chart for window, click the Treatment Planning tab, chart a procedure requiring an attachment, and select Submit Insurance from the Treatment Plan toolbar.
