Running the Patient Visit Statistics Detail Report

The Patient Visit Statistics Detail report lists all appointments within a specified date range for a provider.

The columns displayed in the Patient Visit Statistics Detail report are:

• Appt Date:The calendar date of the appointment

• Appt Time:The appointment time

• Patient ID:The patient's ID number

• Patient Arrival:The patient's check in time (on time or late)

• Appt Length:The amount of time scheduled for the appointment

• Actual Appt Length:The amount of time the patient spends in the operatory

• Difference:The difference between the scheduled and actual appointment lengths

To run the Patient Visit Statistics Detail report:

1. Complete steps 1 through 4 in Running the Patient Visit Statistics Report.

2. Click Details. The Output Options dialog box is displayed.

3. Select an option:

4. To print the report:Select Printer and click OK.

5. To review the report:Select Print Review and click OK.

6. To copy the report to a file:Select File and click OK. The Select File Name dialog box is displayed. Type the file name and click OK.
