To confirm a patient appointment:
If your system is configured for auto-dialing, select the phone number to call, and click Dial.
If your system is not configured for auto-dialing, the numbers are for your reference.
Select APPOINTMENT CONFIRMED.
If the Ask to log contact after confirming appointments option is selected in the Scheduler Settings window, a message that asks you whether to log a contact is displayed. Click Yes, and type a confirmation note in the Note field. Click Close. For more information, see Adding Contacts.
