Sending Recare Notices to Patients > Scheduling Recare Appointments
To clear all recare notices:
Select System > Change System Settings > Recare > Clear Recare Notices Sent. The Clear Recare Notices window is displayed.
Select an option:
To clear recare notices for your User-Defined recare system:
If you have changed the name of your Normal Recare or User-Defined Recare system, select the new name of your recare system.
Select an option:
To clear recare notices for patients who have received a specific number of recare notices:
Click OK.
If you are using the Motivated Recare system, the Notices field on the Recare tab of the patient record is reset to zero after the patient is checked out.
