You can remove a patient from the InOffice window if a patient:
Cancels
Does not show up for an appointment
Has been checked out and you want to remove the information from the window
To clear a patient from the InOffice window:
Select the appointment.
Select Remove from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.
Appointments are removed only from the InOffice window. They are still displayed in the Single Day View window.
