Adding an Unscheduled Existing Patient

To add an appointment for an existing patient in the InOffice window:

  1. In the InOffice window, select InOffice Add from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu. The Patient List window is displayed.

  2. Type the patient’s name in the Find field and press Enter.

  3. Double-click the patient record, or press Enter. The Single Day View window is displayed with the patient appointment tile hovering in the center of the Scheduler.

  4. Select the appointment time on the Scheduler and click the Plus sign. The Appointment Card window is displayed.

  5. Type the appointment information in the appropriate fields, and click Book It!
