Viewing Tooth Details

You can access the details of charted procedures and conditions for any tooth, even those that do not graphically display in the window. This feature is useful when more procedures or conditions are charted to a tooth than can be displayed. You can access tooth details from the Restorative and Perio tabs.

To access the details for a tooth:

1. From either the Restorative or Perio tab, select an option:

2. Press Ctrl + T.

3. Select Chart > Tooth Detail.

4. Click Go to Detail Mode in the Procedure Codes toolbar.

5. Select an area following an upper arch tooth or preceding a lower arch tooth.

The Posted Work Performed for Tooth window is displayed. While the window is displayed, you can select another tooth to see details for that tooth.

2. If you are viewing the details of a tooth from the Perio tab, mobility, plaque, and calculus is displayed in this window. Blood, suppuration, and furcation grade are not displayed.

2. To view the details for a procedure, select it from the list, and click View Transactions. The details of the procedure are displayed in the Transactions window.

3. Click Cancel.
