Viewing an NEA Attachment History Entry
When you add an attachment history entry for a claim, you can view the entry using the Document Manager.
To view the entry, select an option:

From the Patient window:Select Documents from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu. The Documents window is displayed. The entry is located beneath the Documents section of the document tree.

From the Claim window:Select Documents from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu. The Documents for claim window is displayed. The entry is displayed in the document tree.
The history entry is labeled NEA Attachments for Claim # __, and all of the attached images and documents are displayed beneath it.
