Viewing Daily Receivables

To view your receivables total:

1. Select List > View Daily RCVTOT Records > Daily Receivables. The Receivables Totals window is displayed.

2. Select an option:

3. To view all provider totals for a specific date:Select the All provider totals by date option on the Provider tab.

4. To view all provider totals by provider:Select the All provider totals by provider option on the Provider tab.

5. To view the totals for a specific provider:Select the Totals for provider option and type the provider identification number in the field on the Provider tab.

3. Click OK. The Rcvtot List window is displayed.

4. To view the daily receivables for a different date, type the date in the Find field and press Enter.

5. To view the details for a specific receivables total, select it from the list and select View from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu. The receivables details are displayed in the Rcvtot window.

6. To view goal information, you must first set up goal amounts for the provider. Goal information includes the percentage of your goal attained by net productions for the day, the production goal for the date, and the percentage of your scheduled goal.
