Searching for and Viewing Account Information

To search for and view patient account information in the Phone Center window:

  1. Type the account holder’s name in the Find field, or scroll through the list to locate a patient. A patient list is displayed.

  2. Select the Account row from the list displayed in the Account/Family Information section.

  3. Select an option:

  4. To view the account record:To view the account record:Click Information. The Account window is displayed.

  5. To view a list of contacts for the account:To view a list of contacts for the account:Click Contacts. The Contacts for List window is displayed.

  6. To add a new patient to the account and schedule an appointment for the new patient:To add a new patient to the account and schedule an appointment for the new patient:Click New Patient. The Daily Appointments window is displayed. See Scheduling Appointments for New Patients.

  7. To view the transactional history for each patient associated with the account:To view the transactional history for each patient associated with the account:Click Transactions.
