Understanding the Account and Patient Transactions List Windows

The patient or account transaction details are displayed in the middle section of the account or patient Transactions List windows.

The columns of the account or patient Transactions List windows are:

Date:Date:Date the transaction was posted.
ID:ID:Patient identification number to which the procedure was posted.
Code:Code:ADA, CPT, or transaction code identification number.
T#:T#:Affected tooth number.
SU/QD:SU/QD:Affected surface or quadrant number.
D$:D$:Provider who is credited for the collections.
DR:DR:Provider who is credited for the production.
Description:Description:Posted procedure description.
Charge:Charge:Total charges of the posted procedure. Debits to the account are displayed in blue.
Credit:Credit:Any credit or payment posted to the selected account or patient record. Credits to the account are displayed in red.
Balance:Balance:Total balance due for the selected patient or account.
