Using PracticeToGo > Viewing SoftDent Data on the Palm Organizer
To view Rx, Pharmacies, Call Backs, Referring Drs, and Patients:
Select an option:
On the Palm Home screen, tap the Address icon.
Tap the SoftDent icon and select Recent Rx, Pharmacies, Call Backs, Referring Doctors, or Patients.
The Palm Address List is displayed.
The current address category is shown in the upper-right corner of the screen. If you tapped the SoftDent icon to display the address list, you probably already have the category you want, but if you tapped the Address icon, you might need to switch categories. Next to the current address category is a small down-pointing arrow. Tap the arrow to see a list of all available categories. Select the one you want.
To see more detail for a Recent Rx, Pharmacy, Call Back, Patient, or Referring Doctor entry displayed in the list, tap the entry. When the detail screen displays, you might need to use the up/down arrows in the lower-right corner of the screen to see all the information.
The Recent Rx category is a list of patient names. Tap an entry to see the patient details, preferred pharmacy, and prescription information. Tap the note icon to the right of the entry to view only the patient’s medical alert, dosage instructions, preferred pharmacy, and prescription notes.
The Call Back category is a list of patient names and telephone numbers. Tap an entry to see details about the patient. Tap the note icon to the right of the entry to see only the date of service. The Call-Backs that are transferred to the Palm organizer are based upon the last run Daysheet report, even if it is for a day in the past.
