Viewing Memos

To view memos:

1. Select an option:

2. On the Palm Home screen, tap the Memo Pad icon.

3. Tap the SoftDent icon and select Memos.

The Memo Pad is displayed.

2. On the Memo Pad screen, the current address category is shown in the upper-right corner. If you tapped the SoftDent icon to open the Memo Pad, you probably already have the category you want (SD MEMOS), but if you tapped the Memo Pad icon, you might need to switch categories. Next to the current address category is a small down-pointing arrow. Tap the arrow to see a list of all available categories. Select the one you want.

Note that typically the Memo Pad opens with a list of memos for the current category, with the words Memo List in the upper-left corner. If you used the SoftDent icon, you should see the memo list for the category SD MEMOS. However, if a memo was onscreen the last time you exited the Memo Pad (instead of a list), the Memo Pad opens with that memo, regardless of how you opened the Memo Pad. Tap Done to close the memo and see the list.

3. To see a memo, tap the entry in the Memo List. To close the memo and return to the list, tap Done.
