Verifying an NEA Transmission in the Claim

After you send attachments to NEA, the NEA reference number is displayed in the Notes field of the claim.

To ensure the insurance company receives the claim with the NEA reference number:Do not send the claim before transmitting the attachment to NEA. If a claim is sent before transmitting the attachments to NEA, the reference number is not sent to the insurance company.
