Using Update New Plans

The Update New Plans option updates insurance plans that are capable of transmitting claims electronically, but have not been enabled.

To update insurance plans:

1. From the main menu, select Setup > Update new plans. The Update New Insurance Plans window is displayed.

2. Select an option:

3. To update all insurance plans:To update all insurance plans:Click Update. All insurance plans listed are enabled to transmit claims electronically.

4. To update selected insurance plans:To update selected insurance plans:Deselect the plans you do not want to update and click Update.

• You are prompted to run this option every 30 days.
