Handling Patient Medical History
You can edit medical history information only on the same day it is entered. After that, you can only update the medical history and create a history with a new date. You cannot delete medical history information.
Only users with the proper security settings can enter a medical history. For more information, see Setting Medical History Security.
When you edit information in the Medical History window, the associated patient record is locked. You can view the Medical History window without locking the patient record.
