Using Update Benefits to Patient Utility

The Update Benefits to Patient utility enables you to change the designation of benefits on an insurance plan.

To run this utility:

1. In the eServices window, select Setup > Benefits to patient Utility. The Update Benefits To Patient window is displayed.

2. Select the plans you want to update and click Update.

3. Plans that are not selected assign benefits to the provider.
