Using Treatment Plan Item Options

To use treatment plan item options:

1. On the Restorative or Treatment Planning tabs in the Chart for window, click the Clinical History tab of the Clinical Detail Tab Container.

2. Select the treatment plan item, right-click, and select an option:

3. To display the item details:Select View.

4. To delete the treatment plan item:Select Delete. A message asks you to confirm the deletion. Click Yes.

5. To move the treatment plan item to the primary, secondary, or tertiary treatment plan:Select Switch selected items to TP1, TP2, or TP3. A message informs you the selected item will be moved. Click Yes.

6. To change the group number for the treatment plan item:Select Change Group Number. The Modify Group Number window is displayed. Select the treatment plan group, and click OK.

7. To indicate that work for the treatment plan item is complete:Select Mark as Completed.

8. To indicate the patient has either accepted or declined treatment:Select Accept/Reject.

9. To view the chart details for the date on which the treatment plan was planned:Select View Chart as of.
