Tracking a Lab Case Status

Lab cases are divided into one of the following categories:

• OPEN/EXPECTED:Indicates the lab case is currently at the lab. These cases are displayed in green text in the Lab case List window.

• OPEN/RETURNED:Indicates the lab case has been returned by the lab. These cases are displayed in blue text in the Lab case List window.

• COMPLETE:Indicates the lab case has been returned from the lab and all clinical procedures associated with the case have been performed. These cases are displayed in red text in the Lab case List window.
