After a lab case is returned to your office, you can annotate that it has been returned in the following windows:
Lab case List
Lab case
You can also annotate that a case is complete after:
A lab case has been returned from the lab
All clinical procedures associated with the case have been completed
If you do not annotate the cases, you cannot properly track the status of your lab cases.
