Using PracticeToGo > PracticeToGo User Preferences
The PracticeToGo User Preferences Intervals tab enables you to limit the amount of data transferred during a sync.
The Daily Options section enables you to set a range of days or an interval. The amount of data that transfers during a sync is determined by the settings you make here.
To transfer only today’s data, set the range of days to zero.
The more data that is transferred, the longer the sync. Therefore, do not transfer more data than necessary.
All old data is automatically purged from the Palm organizer or the Microsoft Outlook software and replaced with new data when you perform a data sync.
There are two options at the top of the window:
To select a specific sync date, click the drop-down arrow in the Last Sync on: field and select the date from the calendar.
Click the Restore Defaults button to restore system defaults for all PracticeToGo settings.
To set your PracticeToGo user preferences:
Select System > PracticeToGo > User Preferences. The PracticeToGo User Preferences window is displayed.
Click the Intervals tab. The PracticeToGo User Preferences Intervals tab is displayed.
