Taking Action for Office Expert Items

After you have successfully run an office expert item, you can take action for the records included in the item. Taking Action for an item opens the Contact Expert window.

To access the contact expert from the office expert:

1. Select an item from the list.

2. Click Take Action. The Contact Expert window is displayed.
