Through the SoftDent Commands feature, PracticeToGo can transfer blocked slots, slot notes, appointment cancellations, reminder memos, patient and referring doctor record updates, and prescription refill requests back to SoftDent from the Palm organizer or Microsoft Outlook.
When you insert a SoftDent Command in an appointment, patient, referring doctor, or prescription record line in the Palm device or Microsoft Outlook, PracticeToGo will transfer information from the record to the PC SoftDent software during the next synchronization.
