Using the Scheduler > Using Daily Appointments and Book At A Glance Windows
Slot notes can be added only from the Daily Appointments window and are created and handled like blocked slots, but the note is not displayed when an appointment is scheduled in the slot. You can auto schedule appointments in slots that contain notes, and these slots are included in time usage reports.
You can add a note to open, scheduled, or blocked slots. If a note is associated with a slot that contains an appointment, a small red mark is displayed at the right side of the slot.
You can also view slot notes in the History Appointments window if your office does not use the Remove Slot Notes from Scheduler option. See Setting Scheduler Defaults for more information.
