Running eReminders Reports
The eReminders service contains two reports that enable you to monitor your practice's eReminders activity:

eReminders report:eReminders report:Lists the reminders sent
to patients, as well as additional details about each patient's appointment.

Revenue Analysis report:Revenue Analysis report:Displays the number of
missed appointments, the percentage of total appointments, and the
lost revenue for a specified date range.
Important: The Save appointment(s) to history
when transaction is posted option in the Scheduler Settings
window (System > Change System Settings >
Scheduler) must be selected in order to use the Revenue Analysis
report. You must also run the Missed Appointments Report at the end
of each day (or the beginning of the next day) in order to commit
any posted appointments to history.

You can quickly access reports with pre-defined eReminders criteria in Practice Central. Click the Delivery report or No Confirmation report links under the eReminders section.
To run eReminders reports:
Select System > Modules > eReminders > eReminder Reports. The eReminders Reporting window is displayed.
