Using Full Resource Scheduling

Full-Resource Scheduling:

Lets you schedule providers for individual time slots, instead of entire appointments.
Enables you to allocate the necessary providers for an appointment and minimize scheduling conflicts.

Example:Example:For a routine exam, you might assign the hygienist for the first and second time slots and the dentist for the third.

You can do this by manually entering the proper codes into the Assignment field in the Appointment Card window while making the appointment, but it can be done automatically by setting up a scheduler template for each procedure.
