PracticeToGo and the Palm OS Interface

The SoftDent application that runs on the Palm-connected organizer adds a few icons to the normal Palm interface, but most of the data that is transferred from the PC SoftDent software to the Palm organizer is displayed using existing Palm features.

You can reach any of this information by going directly to the Palm application or by tapping the SoftDent icon and selecting from the menu that is displayed.

The transfer of data from the Palm-connected organizer to the PC SoftDent software is accomplished through the SD Commands. The SD Commands are located on the SoftDent - Palm Application main menu. When you insert a SoftDent Date Book, Address, or Memo command on an entry, specific information will be sent back to the PC SoftDent software during the next synchronization.
