Comparing Provider Goals to Provider Production

You can compare a provider’s actual production to his or her goal.

• You must set up goal scheduling to compare production and goal information. For more information, see Setting Up Color and Goal Scheduling.

To compare actual production to a goal:

1. Select List > View Daily RCVTOT records > Goals/Prod > Provider Goals. The Select Provider Goals window is displayed.

2. Select the provider from the drop-down list and click OK.

3. If a production has both a production and collection doctor, receivables totals are only calculated for the collection doctor.
