Understanding Medical Conditions

A list of 50 medical conditions are displayed on the Conditions tab in the Medical History window.

You can:

Display the medical conditions most often attributed to your patients.
Determine the order in which medical conditions are displayed.
Set medical conditions to trigger a medical alert.

Example:Example:You can customize the tab to display conditions exactly as on a printed form. If a patient indicates a specific condition, a medical alert can also be set automatically.

If you manually edit the Medical History field, the system will:

Continue to add medical alerts as they become true
No longer automatically remove alerts that are no longer true
