Editing Conditions

When editing a medical condition, you can only select whether the condition triggers a medical alert.

To edit a medical condition:

  1. Select System > Customize Medical History. The Medical Conditions List window is displayed.

  2. Select a condition and click Edit. The condition details are displayed in the Medical Conditions window.

  3. Select an option:

  4. To trigger a medical alert when the condition is added to a patient’s medical history:

  5. To no longer trigger a medical alert when the condition is added to a patient’s medical history:

  1. Click OK.

  2. Click Close.
