Viewing Medical History Details

To display medical history details on the Clinical History tab of the Clinical Detail Tab Container:

1. On the Restorative, Perio, Exams, or Treatment Planning tab in the Chart for window, click the Clinical History tab of the Clinical Detail Tab Container.

2. Select the medial history, right-click, and select View.
