Using Lab Case Options

To use open lab case options:

1. On the Restorative, Perio, Exams, or Treatment Planning tab in the Chart for window, click the Clinical History tab of the Clinical Detail Tab Container.

2. Select the lab case, right-click, and select an option:

3. To display the case details:Select View.

4. To edit a lab case:Select Edit. The details of the prescription are displayed in the Lab Case window. Make the changes, and click OK.

5. To indicate the lab case has been returned:Select Mark as Returned. The Enter Lab Fee and Invoice # window is displayed. Type the information, and click OK.

6. To indicate the lab case is complete:Select Mark as Completed.
