Integrating PracticeToGo with Microsoft Outlook

Before you can begin transferring SoftDent data to Microsoft Outlook, you must enable PracticeToGo to use the Microsoft Outlook software option.

To enable PracticeToGo to use the Microsoft Outlook software option:

Select System > PracticeToGo > PracticeToGo Platform > Use Microsoft Outlook 2000.

Select from the following transfer options:

• To transfer SoftDent data to Microsoft Outlook automatically on SoftDent startup and exit:To transfer SoftDent data to Microsoft Outlook automatically on SoftDent startup and exit:

  1. Select System > PracticeToGo > System Settings. The PracticeToGo System Settings window is displayed.

  2. Select from the following options, or select both options:

  3. Sync with Outlook when entering the program on this machine.

  4. Sync with Outlook when exiting the program on this machine.

  3. Click OK.

  Select System > PracticeToGo > Synchronize with MicroSoft Outlook.
