Using the History Appointments Time Slot Submenu Commands

The commands available from the blank time slot submenu in the History Appointments window are:

• Appt Book:Appt Book:Select this command to display the Daily Appointments window.

• Book Quick Glance:Book Quick Glance:Select this command to display the Book At A Glance window.

• Month At A Glance:Month At A Glance:Select this command to display the Month At A Glance window.

• Change Date Range:Change Date Range:Select this command to display the History Appointments Date Range window. In this window, you can select another date range of posted appointments to view.

• Select Book:Select Book:Select this command to display the Scheduler Book window. See Displaying Different Books.

• Select Room #:Select Room #:Click a time slot or appointment and select this command to display the Scheduler Rooms List window. In this window, you can select a room to view. See Viewing Additional Rooms.

• Properties:Properties:Select this command to display the Properties window. In this window, you can customize how information is displayed in the History Appointments window.

• Cancel:Cancel:Select this command to close the time slot submenu.

• With the exception of the Properties command, these commands are also available for slot notes and blocked slots in the History Appointments window.
