Running the HIPAA Security Audit Trail By User Report

The HIPAA Security Audit Trail by User report generates a list of failed log-ins due to password errors, as well as override attempts for features requiring security passwords. The report is sorted by user.

Sample Report

To generate a list of HIPAA Security audit entries by the user who performed the task:

1. Select Reports > Audit Trail > HIPAA Security Audit Trail > By User. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output option and click OK. The HIPAA Security Audit Trail By User window is displayed.

3. Type the starting and ending users in the drop-down lists.

4. Click OK.
