While using the Electronic Router, you can set a reminder for office staff to follow-up on procedures performed during the appointment.
To set a patient call back:
In the InOffice or Daily Appointments window, select the appointment and select Electronic Router. The Electronic Router window is displayed.
Select Set Call Back. The Set Patient Call Back window is displayed.
Select the procedures to include in the End of the Day Call Back report and click OK.
