Before an employee can access the software, you must assign a user name and password and assign system security permissions. When you add a new employee, enter this information in the Rights by User or User by Rights windows. After entering the employee and security permissions, you can display or edit this information in the Employee List and Employee windows.
To display or edit employee security settings, do one of the following:
In the Employee List window, select an employee and select Security.
In the Employee window, select Security.
The Rights By User window is displayed.
To access System Security functions, you need the Modify System Security permission.
