When using the Classic Workspace, several windows contain drag-and-drop icons that enable you to access frequently used features and operations. The scheduler drag-and-drop icons are located on the right side of the window.
To use one of these icons, select an option:
Place the mouse on the record, appointment, or image. Click the mouse and hold it as you drag the record to the desired icon. When your pointer is directly over the icon, release the mouse.
Select the list record or appointment and double-click the icon.
