Displaying Treatment Plan Items in the Chart

To display treatment plan items on the Restorative and Treatment Planning tabs in the Chart for window:

1. On the Restorative or Treatment Planning tabs in the Chart for window, click the Clinical History tab of the Clinical Detail Tab Container.

2. Select Treatment located in the Chart column of the Filter Dialog section.
