Handling Reports > Accounting Reports
The Deposit Slip report shows the total check and cash amounts, as well as personal credit card payment and insurance credit card payment amounts, posted for either your practice or a specific doctor. The CareCredit Transactions page lists all CareCredit transactions posted for either your practice or a specific doctor. Practice information automatically prints on the deposit slip when generated. This report might be useful for offices who post payments daily, but only make a bank deposit weekly.
To run the Deposit Slip report:
Select Reports > Accounting > Deposit Slip. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select the output and click OK. The Deposit Slip Report window is displayed.
In the Dates section, click the drop-down arrows in the Starting and Ending fields to select the report dates from a calendar.
In the Provider section, click the drop-down arrow to select the provider number from a list, or leave the first provider set to 999 to report on all providers.
Click OK.
