Deleting Duplicate Insurance Companies

To delete duplicate insurance company identification numbers:

1. Select List > Ins. Co. The Insurance Co List window is displayed.

2. Select the duplicate insurance company and select Replace Ins Co ID. The Replace Insurance Company Id Dialog window is displayed.

3. Select the replacement insurance company identification number from the drop-down list.

4. To apply the correct identification number to completed claims, select Include Completed Claims.

5. Click OK. A message is displayed, asking you to confirm the replacement.

6. Click Yes.
