Deleting Duplicate Insurance Plans

To delete duplicate insurance plan identification numbers:

1. Select List > Ins. Plan. The Insurance Plan List window is displayed.

2. Select the duplicate insurance company and select Replace Plan ID.

3. The Replace Plan Id Dialog window is displayed.

4. Select the replacement number from the drop-down list.

5. To apply the correct identification number to completed claims, select Include Completed Claims.

6. Click OK. A message is displayed, asking you to confirm the replacement.

7. Click Yes.
