Deleting Conditions

To delete a condition on the Clinical History tab of the Clinical Detail Tab Container:

1. On the Restorative, Perio, Exams, or Treatment Planning tab in the Chart for window, click the Clinical History tab of the Clinical Detail Tab Container.

2. Select the condition, right-click, and select Delete. A message asks you to confirm the deletion.

3. Click Yes.
