Setting Up the Scheduler > Setting Up Books
You can delete books that are no longer useful. Every office has a default office book that contains all the rooms in the office and the hours that the office is open. This book is displayed in blue in the Scheduler Books List window and cannot be deleted.
If you delete a book that is used as the auto-scheduling book for a provider, the default office book is used with the auto scheduler.
To delete a book:
Select Scheduler > Setup Books. The Scheduler Books List window is displayed.
Select a book and click Delete.
Click OK.
Click Close.
