Viewing Daily Production Goals

You can view the daily production and goal information for the entire practice or for each provider.

To view daily production and goal information:

2. To view the daily production and goal information for your practice:Select List > View Daily RCVTOT Totals > Goals/Prod > Practice Goals. The Rcvtot List window is displayed. The date of activity, practice identification number, practice name, actual daily goal, scheduled goal amount, percentage of daily achieved goal, and the production amount for the practice are displayed in the window.

3. To view the daily production and goal information for a provider:Select List > View Daily RCVTOT Totals > Goals/Prod > Provider Goals. The Select Provider Goals window is displayed. Select a provider from the list and click OK. The Rcvtot List window is displayed. The date of activity, provider identification number, provider name, actual daily goal, scheduled goal amount, percentage of daily achieved goal, and the production amount for the provider are displayed in the window.

• Estimated write-off amounts for PPO procedures are not included in production amounts.

Example:If a procedure’s fee is $54, the allowed amount is $44, the estimated insurance payment is $42, the copay is $2, and the write-off is $10; the production amount is $44, the estimated copay plus the estimated insurance payment.

2. To compare the production and scheduling goals to the actual productions and collections for a specific date, double-click the goal or actual production in the list. The Rcvtot window is displayed. The information that is displayed in this window cannot be modified.

3. After you have viewed the information, click Close twice.
