Copying Goals

After you set a monthly or daily production goal for your office or a specific provider, you can copy the goals from the selected day or week to a specific day, week, or month.

To copy the monthly or daily production goal for your office or a specific provider:

1. Select Scheduler > Setup Goals and Colors. The Month At A Glance (GOAL) window is displayed.

2. Select an option:

3. To copy goals set for the practice:Select Select Practice from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu.

4. To copy goals set for a specific provider:Select Select Provider from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. The Provider List window is displayed. Double-click a provider.

3. Select the date that contains the goals to copy, and select Copy Goals from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. The Copy Goals for window is displayed.

4. Click Options and select Copy Goals. The Copy Goals dialog box is displayed.

5. Select an option:

6. To copy the goals for the selected calendar date:Select This Day from the From section.

7. To copy the goals for the entire week:Select This Week from the From section.

6. Select an option in the To section. The options displayed in this section are specific to those selected in the From section.

7. Click OK. A message asking you to confirm is displayed.

8. Click Yes.

9. Click Close.
