To clear all recall notices:
Select System > Change System Settings > Recall > Clear Recall Notices Sent. The Clear Recall Notices window is displayed.
Select an option:
To clear recall notices for your User-Defined recall system:
If you have changed the name of your Normal Recall or User-Defined Recall system, select the new name of the report. For example, if the name of your User-Defined Recall system is Ortho, select Reports > Recall/Appt > Ortho.
Select an option:
To clear recall notices for patients who have received a specific number of recall notices:
Click OK.
If you are using the Motivated Recall system, the Notices field on the Recall tab of the patient record is reset to zero after the patient is checked out.
