Clearing Recall Notices

To clear all recall notices:

  1. Select System > Change System Settings > Recall > Clear Recall Notices Sent. The Clear Recall Notices window is displayed.

  2. Select an option:

  3. To clear recall notices for your Normal Recall system:To clear recall notices for your Normal Recall system:Select Last Exam.

  4. To clear recall notices for your User-Defined recall system:To clear recall notices for your User-Defined recall system:Select Ortho.

  1. Select an option:

  2. To clear recall notices for all patients:To clear recall notices for all patients:Select All Patients.

  3. To clear recall notices for patients who have received more than a specified number of recall notices:To clear recall notices for patients who have received more than a specified number of recall notices:Select Patients with more than _ notices and type the notice number in the field.

  4. To clear recall notices for patients who have received a specific number of recall notices:To clear recall notices for patients who have received a specific number of recall notices:Select Patients with exactly _ notices and type the notice number in the field.

  1. Click OK.

  2. If you are using the Motivated Recall system, the Notices field on the Recall tab of the patient record is reset to zero after the patient is checked out.
